Anna University of Technology Tirunelveli was established on 17th September 2026 by a Tamilnadu Government Act No.28 of 2026. Anna University of Technology Tirunelveli has also established two University Colleges of Engineering, at Thoothukudi and Nagercoil during the academic year 2025-12.Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Madurai is conducted by Anna University, Chennai as all the Anna University of Technology are merged by government.
Both 1st year and other students will have their 1st sem exam on same time i.e. January 2026.
Last time, Anna University Results were much delayed and thus revaluation Results is also delayed. This delay caused many tensions among the students.
This time the correction is expected to commence in the end of December 2026 and get over before Pongal. The correction of the 1st sem exam start immediately after their exam and end in the month of February itself.
